Umfrage an Microsoft-Word-Benutzer: Wie geht es weiter mit der europäischen IT-Branche?

Die europäische Kommission hat eine "öffentliche Konsultation" [http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/newsroom/cf/itemdetail.cfm?item_id=3475] gestartet
"to help strengthen the global position of Europe's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industries by ensuring access to global markets." Leider kann ich mich dem folgenden Satz: "The consultation will run until 17 September 2007 and is open to all stakeholders, including industries, research community and consumer organisations. The Commission seeks to capture stakeholder views on market access and on regulatory issues so as to refine its EU strategy for international cooperation on ICT." nicht anschließen. Der Fragebogen ist auf der Webseite nur in Microsofts Word Format verfügbar, so dass sich auch nur Microsoft-Word-Benutzer an der Konsultation beteiligen können.

Schade eigentlich. Ich denke das auch Benutzer von anderen Textverarbeitungen, wie z.B. Openoffice.org [http://www.abisource.com/">Abiword, Kword oder URL des Textes: http://www.governet.de/0/viewentry/1617
